My latest course ‘Introduction to yoga’ starts 18th Jan 2021, Mondays at 7pm and runs for 5 weeks.
Each week has a different focus and you can either book for all 5 (and save some dollar) or drop in to the sessions you fancy!
Sessions are £4 Drop-in or £15 for all five!

Mon 18th Jan The Breath
We will explore the importance of breath in our practice (and lives!), outline techniques & practice the art of syncing our movement with our breath.
Mon 25th Jan, Holds & Alignment
We will explore some of the most popular poses in class, and answer all alignment questions! (Time to decode your down dog)
Mon 1st Feb, Movement, Stillness & Balance
We will practice bouncing between movement & embracing stillness & then have play trying to find our sweet spots in the ever illusive art of balance!
Mon 8th Feb, Find your Vinyasa
A run down of Sun Salute A - a pillar of most yoga classes, and we’ll talk through variations & modifications for different types of bodies & levels of fitness.
Mon 15th Feb, Full Flow!
Exactly what it says on the tin, put the last four weeks into practice & let’s flow together!
