A course perfect for anyone looking to build up strength and mobility in their body as they also build a strong, sweet and stable connection with themselves.
A yoga practice encapsulates so many things, and perhaps most notably it helps us come into our own bodies. You may think you have never left your body (you haven’t), but we don’t always have a consistent feeling of safety, connection and grounding in our own physicality. This is something that Yoga can bring you. How do we build connection? By spending the time to get to know ourselves - in this case via moving our bodies and paying attention to our breath.

This 6-week Yoga Foundations course is the perfect introduction for anyone wanting to take up Yoga and start a regular practice, whether you are a beginner or just wishing to brush up on the fundamentals.
The course offers the opportunity for progression and greater individual attention, allowing you to build confidence, deepen your understanding of key Yoga principles and develop a solid foundation with which to build your overall health and fitness.
We will be looking at different elements that comprise a yoga practice, such as breathwork, physical postures, flow & the philosophy behind it all.

Here is MORNING ROCKET. All the joys of the rocket ship, but before it's had its morning coffee. Bring yourself into yourself and start your morning with a strong asana and community.
Not suitable for total beginners
The wonderful thing about a 1-1 is we can make sure you get exactly what you need out the sessions, in an intimate, safe environment - either from the comfort of your own home, online, or with Sarah in her home studio.

Classes are all available to access free with a suggested donation if you use the platform regularly!

We are also offering a package to receive everything as you would on the full package, but instead the Live Monday Session will be sent to you recorded.
The sessions are recorded all the way up to Sarah demonstrating how to get into the posture, (stopped at the workshop for privacy reasons of clients in the session), finishing with that luscious cool down at the end!

If you can, find somewhere you're unlikely to be disturbed. Treat it like a meeting. Give yourself this time with the same importance you would work.
Light a candle, maybe dim the lights a little, or light your favourite smell - whatever makes you feel a little special & taken care of.
Get set up a few minutes early so you don't have to wiggle through any last minute ZOOM stress at the beginning of your practice. If you're listening to music, it can be nice to have it on a separate devise to make it easy to get your levels right!
