The wonderful thing about a 1-1 is we can make sure you get exactly what you need out the sessions, in an intimate, safe environment - either from the comfort of your own home, online, or with Sarah in her home studio.

Classes are all available to access free with a suggested donation if you use the platform regularly!

The sessions are recorded all the way up to Sarah demonstrating how to get into the posture, (stopped at the workshop for privacy reasons of clients in the session), finishing with that luscious cool down at the end!

If you can, find somewhere you're unlikely to be disturbed. Treat it like a meeting. Give yourself this time with the same importance you would work.
Light a candle, maybe dim the lights a little, or light your favourite smell - whatever makes you feel a little special & taken care of.
Get set up a few minutes early so you don't have to wiggle through any last minute ZOOM stress at the beginning of your practice. If you're listening to music, it can be nice to have it on a separate devise to make it easy to get your levels right!
