Yoga in The Stable Barn
What?
Every month or so I'm have been putting on a Yoga Morning (extended Practice, mediation and free writing) in the beautiful Stable Barn in Leicestershire.
These days are BIG favourites in my calendar where we get to connect face to face, walk in nature, drink coffee, meet the alpacas, eat treats & practice together.

When?
The morning is charged at £15 per head, and normally 9.30-11.30am on a Sunday!

Winter - Sunday Feb 5th
Spring - Sunday May 7th
Summer - Sunday August 6th
Autumn - Sunday October 1st
Tea, coffee & goodies are available for a donation - all proceeds going to charity. (Find out more here).
